Final pricing varies by acreage, terrain, access, controlled airspace, deliverable complexity, turnaround time, and any project-specific security or procurement requirements. All scopes include FAA Part 107 compliant operations and LAANC authorization where applicable. NDAA-compliant platforms can be deployed for security-sensitive, public-sector, or federally influenced scopes where stronger supply-chain and data-security alignment is required.

Payment & terms

How engagements work.

What's the minimum project fee?
All engagements have a $750 minimum project fee. This covers mobilization, planning, flight, and processing for the smallest standard scopes.
How does scheduling and payment work?
Standard jobs require a 50% deposit to be placed on the schedule. Approved commercial accounts can be set up on Net 15 terms. Final deliverables are released after balance payment.
How fast can you turn around a project?
Most standard mapping scopes are delivered within 24–48 hours of capture. Complex LiDAR workflows or large acreage projects may take longer and will be quoted with a specific turnaround. Rush delivery is available for a 25–50% surcharge.
Are you certified and insured?
Yes — all flight operations are conducted under FAA Part 107 with LAANC capability for controlled airspace. We carry hull, liability, and errors & omissions insurance, and follow documented chain-of-custody procedures for client data.
Do you offer NDAA-compliant platforms?
Yes. NDAA-compliant aircraft can be deployed for security-sensitive, public-sector, and federally influenced scopes that require alignment with NDAA Section 848, Blue UAS procurement, or similar supply-chain and data-security standards. Tell us about your requirements during scoping and we'll match the right platform to the project.
What deliverable formats do you provide?
Orthomosaics, DSM/DTM surfaces, contours, classified point clouds (.LAS / .LAZ), bare-earth terrain models, stockpile and volume reports, PDF site exhibits, annotated maps, and CAD/GIS-ready export packages compatible with Civil 3D and ArcGIS Pro.
Do you serve clients outside Kansas City?
Our service radius extends roughly 150 miles from Kansas City. Travel outside the metro is quoted per mile or per trip. For projects further out, we coordinate based on scope size and scheduling.
